Payment

  • We accept payment PayPal only. Credit card payment can also be made via PayPal. We also accept payments by phone, via credit card if you are not conferrable using PayPal.  Our web sight in also available for payment. Google MotoGHG.

  • Payment must be made within 5 days, Non-payment may result in an UPI (Unpaid Item), eBay will automatically close your account if you accumulate 4 UPI’s total.

  • Total amount due includes the final auction price plus S&H (Shipping and Handling).

  • Payments via E-Check may delay your order due to the processing time. We just ship the item after the E-Check cleared.

Please Note:

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping and handling. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  •  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

  • Please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc.) in the PayPal notes section when you make payment.

Returns

All returns must be approved by email or eBay message before you ship any item back to us. If you ship an item back to us without calling us prior to shipping the package will be refused & returned to you.

Exchange Items – Al exchanging must be returned before shipping new items. Exchanged items such as color changes, year, bike, design are accepted. However, Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and shipping of new product will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Warranty – All Items are warranted for 30 days. This includes fitting problems, defects in the material, graphics, and stitching. This does not include rips during instillation, tears because of crashing, or dropping the seat.

Return Shipping – Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. Please leave your eBay ID, Item number and phone number in the return box, and tell us your request for solving the problem.

Custom Made Products – Custom orders are not included in our return policy. All custom products which include different colors, custom logos, new designs, and items that is not pictured in eBay or websight. We will not refund any custom items.

Incorrect Item – If an item was sent incorrect, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge. You must provide picture of damaged item before shipping or having the item replaced.

Product info

  • All items are made to fit the stock OEM seat foam, Shocks and finders. They are not designed to fit any aftermarket products.

  • Many seats cover that MotoGHG sales are for motorcycles that age over 20 to 40 years. Many times these seats have been replaced or the shape of the foam has change over time. This causes fitting problems. Please contact us if you believe this is a issue.

  • All seat covers are designed to stretch from front to back. This is for installation reasons, however this makes the seat cover look to short buy 2 to 3 inches. If the is the case and you are concerned please refer to the installation video before returning the cover for fitment issue.

Guarantee- All of our products are of the highest quality and are completely guaranteed against manufacturer defects and faulty workmanship. Any item that is defective due to the manufacturing process will be promptly replaced. This includes stitching, Material discoloration or graphic issues. This excludes rips or tears when installing, color not matching, damage because crashes or ware that is cause buy sharp objects on the bikes and any kind of neglect. You must provide picture of damaged item before shipping or having the item replaced.

Incorrect Size – No charge for exchange. We will exchange items, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges. We must have the original merchandise back before we can process the exchange, or as an alternative the second item may be purchased and credit will be issued upon receipt of the original returned item. If we shipped the wrong item by mistake or because of a fitting issue, the Item will be replaced with the correct size or fit. If we can not correct the mistake we will refund the money of the item.
